The Silver Connection ships purchases via United States Postal Service providing a variety of three shipping methods. You will be able to select your prefered shipping method upon checkout of your order.

Regular Mail: 2 -5 day delivery - $4.00
Priority Mail: 2-3 day delivery - $11.50
FedEx 2 day air - $19.50
FedEx Priority Overnight - $46.50

Please allow normal processing times of 1-3 days to be including for time of receipt.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses
If you prefer your order to be shipped to a location other than the billing address, The Silver Connection will be happy to accommodate this request. You can specify the delivery address you desire when checking out during the ordering process. If the order is a gift, we will maintain discretion so as to keep the surprise intact.

Packaging of Orders
Purchased items are secured in an air tight sealable bag surrounded with bubble wrap for protection. All items include an attractive black velvet bag. Some specific items and all gift items are placed in a black gift box.

For purchases, the information we require is your name, email address and mailing address. In addition, we ask for a phone number should there be any further information needed. We will then process the order and notify by email of it's status.

We use the highest standard in Extended Version (EV) SSL certificates acquired through GoDaddy for credit card purchases through our site. In addition, we are a client of Authorize.Net as our credit card gateway. Authorize.net processes your credit card information and we at The Silver Connection never see this information in the transaction.

The Silver Connection strives to ensure all products meet customer expectations. However, if you prefer an exchange or full refund, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. Here are basic guidlines but always feel free to call us and we will certainly accommodate your request.

Damaged Items
If any item is damaged upon receipt, please call us for return instructions on the item. We can send you a postage paid return envelope or refund mailing costs directly to you. Items that have been altered in any way after receipt cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Altering includes being worn, resized or engraved.

Exchanging Items
Wish you had picked the other item instead? No problem, exhanging an item is easy. Simply return the item and upon our receipt, your account will be credited the exact amount of that item plus shipping. Your exchanged item will be sent to you.

Changed Your Mind?
If you simply change your mind on an item, we understand. Give us a call and we will honor your request.

Instructions for Returns
Since some items are fragile, please ensure protection when shipping.

Place all contents of the purchase in a protective mailing box or envelope.
